Health and Wellness Coaching takes a wholistic view of life - mind, body and spirit.  Health focuses on a person’s physical, mental and social wellbeing, while wellness focuses on the process of becoming more aware and making choices for a healthier existence.  Coaching sessions help you assess all aspects of life such as managing stress, nutrition, sleep, social connections, finances and more.  Through coaching, people identify those areas in life where changes can make positive inroads into their daily lives, helping them feel overall more energized, positive and fulfilled.

 

Menopause Wellness

Lets face it, perimenopause and menopause can be a difficult time of a woman’s life.  In addition to physical changes, women face life transitions that require attention, new roles and losses. Online searches for suggestions to manage life through these changes can be confusing and unclear.

Our coaching provides a safe environment to support women as they transition in life.  There are real options available. We work with women to explore what these changes mean, how to navigate options, and how to adjust throughout the process.
